Local websites?

Let's have some opinions on the best and worst local websites.
I'll start you off with my vote for the worst:

    The company behind that site isnt much better with all the animated gifs which are soo 1998!

    Although not a 'Local Site' it covers some events over nearly twenty years within Purbeck, from Alred Cullinane in the eighties to Norman Hayward last year, plus many others with bank problems in Dorset.
