    An inspiring story and well reported.

    "It had agreed to rebuild the tower exactly as it was".

    I'm not trying to trash the article, but that phrase!

    The original had 'bodges' in it. and they had agreed .....

    Originality, wonderful.

    Firefox, or my security software, will not let me look at this page, giving the message "
