The Town Council meeting on 4th October will start at 6.30pm rather than 7pm. This is to provide ample time for the presentation on behalf of the doctors and questions/comments by residents on the proposal to move the Health Centre.
In the Town Hall? Will that venue be accessible to those with mobility restrictions? In the past, such meetings were held up at the Vista, which is mobility accessible, since the meeting room in the TH is not accessible, or was not back then.
The Health Centre has disabled access and a large communal room aka the waiting room. Given the topic for discussion holding the Council meeting there would seem entirely appropriate. A guided tour could follow.
Very helpful, thank you.

ReplyDeleteCould we begin by creating a list of questions here.

ReplyDeleteThere is also ample parking available nearby. Good idea.
