I gather that the lady concerned was interviewed on Radio 4 yesterday . She is a former anti pornographer who went into DIRECTING porn films because she felt that porn is directed at men & controlled by men & does not take a female centred approach.
The question is should someone's past prevent them from standing for parliament. She is not a criminal; I also think it could be hypocritical to raise questions given that porn has such a wide audience . She comes across as a very streetwise woman who would probably be an expert in issues like white slavery, over sexualisation of childhood etc.
