What's 'awad'?
Rumour has it that a Gibb, probably Barry has bought the Wilkinson place in Studland.
One of my nephews used to do thingies gardening, oh you know, she used to be in whatdyoucallit.
Bin Laden is on the Isle of Wight.
Not surprising as we all knew God was English despite the fact that most of His supporters are RC or islamic but there is another aspect. Those who retire here usually re-invent themselves in some way, as railwaymen or artists for example. What do retired dieties become or do as they have eternity on their hands? Perhaps he could keep his hand in by doing something about the coastal erosion at Durlston. Will it start a trend in divine circles. Imagine the outrage in certain quarters if several thousand Hindu gods move here.
Would that be the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost? Given the age structure here I expect we just get the Father and the Son has gone to Bournemouth to be nearer the night clubs. Not too sure about the leisure tastes of Ghosts.
God knows
Sir,
I must protest on behalf of Nietzscheans every where. How can God retire to Swanage when he has been dead for some considerable time, although come to think of it..........
Luckily for we agnostics n athiests, the devil got a foot hold in Swanage long before Jerusalam was builded here.
Never been quite sure about 'builded'.
Of course, that's Old Harry's rock over there.
(or as the DDC put on their signs 'Old Harry Rock's ...then changed to Old Harry Rocks ... I'm sure he does..)
