Want to give/get stuff for free?

I wondered what had happened to Freecycle. Thought it had gone away, but here it is:

Dorset Reclaim is a registered charity project, based in Bournemouth, Poole and Dorchester,
re-using and recycling furniture, electrical and household goods.
The principal aim of the Project is to provide these items to those in need within the local communities throughout Dorset and East Hampshire. They collect for free too.


Please post any experiences.

Dorset Reclaim's warehouse gutted: everything destroyed.

Up to 70 firefighters were called to tackle the fire at the warehouse at Dorset Reclaim, in Stanley Road, Bournemouth, at 0400 GMT Wednesday 20 January.

The charity has supplied furniture and white goods to help people on low incomes for more than 10 years.

Police believe the fire was started deliberately and are investigating.
