8:28 AM, you forgot about the exciting posts about what the users had for lunch/dinner/tea and how wonderful the forum owner is for giving them the new forum again
It does seem remarkably bland. Reminded me of a previous site on which a lady posted the wish that we all be nice to one another but also posted a view to the effect that suffers from alcoholism richly deserved whatever unpleasantness happened to them. The bland exterior can conceal a surprisingly unpleasant and and unattractive personality.

I think you are refering to our old Virtual Swanage forum with these posts. This new one is nothing to do with Virtual Swanage.
I hope they are able to keep the trolls away for longer than we did on our attempts at a community forum!

Neither the old or the new one are to my liking. That doesn't make them poor, or bad.
Respect others wishes and likes, and get on with having a good life.
Seems like one or two comments on here have ruffled the knitting patterns on the Swanage forum.
I went and had a look after someone told me about it, apparently the admin guy says he is not a dictator.
One point puzzles me the Dorset forum covers Swanage why open another one up just for Swanage, does that mean if you live in Weymouth you cant join or comment?
Is the moderator still that guy who works in the car spares shop?

The site works for me? maybe your i.s.p which is more than likely AOL isn't working.
I think you will also find there is a forum for Corfe Castle, Wareham, Weymouth and most of the other areas in Dorset. I just went onto Google and typed in the different parts of Dorset along with the word "forum" afterwards and lots popped up.
I also read the comments on the forum by a user of how people use this site as anonymous users says it all really. Whats the point of having a debate with nobody or wanna be's? seems pointless myself.
It's my understanding that Mike (libdem) has at least 8 accounts on here lol.
It is possibly the least active forum I have seen.

I think he had the £ shop opposite the library? alledgedly! I think he posts to boost his personal tally.
I think Kinga is actually Mike who runs this site. As one of Mikes colleges said he was giving this up to work on the Swanage forum.
I was also told Kinga was the brains behind Virtual Swanage? thats Mike as well right. Seems like Mike has 3 different sites about Swanage.

If you look at Virtual Swanage you can see that its not Mike running it but I suppose actually getting your facts correct on this blog is asking too much
