The summer timetable is not coming out until Thursday 31st May so not many people will know about the first service. Meanwhile the timetable is on the traveline website.
You would have thought that W&D or Damory could put the timetable on their websites, wouldn't you?
Today we tried to get the bus to Dirlston it was gone 3pm
We only had £10 for a £4 fare but the driver would not change it and asked us to leave the bus he is proberly the rudest most ignorant person i have ever met.
If the want to Put people off using the service they are going the right way about it i mean come on cant change £10.
I have put a compaint in against him he looked at us like we were dirt on his shoes my children were so upset.
Sad to hear about your experience with bus and glad to hear you have taken it up - hope you get a positive response from Damory, who operate the service. We will also ask them to investigate.
