Crap circles

I see that on the grass verge at the top of Taunton Road someone has sprayed white circles where owners have let their dog/s mess. Wonder if this will have any effect on those owners who couldn't care less. At least it gives people a chance to see what they might be treading in.

With the Turner - or similar - prize just around the corner, I assumed there were an installation.

When Sunshine walk was Dog sh$t walk, didn't they do something similar. I think it worked.

a lot of dog owners dont give a damn, its never their dog that does that sort of thing. perhaps a rogues gallery of offemding owners at the town hall might work ?

I belive we are now known as Harley by the Sea.

Should we be thankful, cuz most Harley riders are Accountants, or should we remember that the words Harley, dog and sh%t often appear in a sentence.
