Swanagebayview Caravan Park

Well, well. The folk up the hill at the muni park have been sent a letter from the new park owners. It sez that after lenthy delays and legal consoltations with Swanage Town Council it will give the people up there a bit of a break fee wise.

So, how much money did STC have to refund to the new owner (Derwin) to compesate for the lower fees for the owenrs?

Question shold be asked.

I would like to know if Darwin will finally sort out the lease for the gun club if they have solved their legal problems with the van owners, its over 18 months so far with nothing from them!

Darwin usually dont respond. The recent letter to owners is some thing new, a first for many many months other than demands for excessive fees unilaterally decided by them.

I am not sure what the owners up at the park have won.

But I am sure that Swanage has lost a good portion of the selling price of the lease of the caravan park.

Questions should be asked: how much??

The former town clerk sold us down the river. And the former mayor.

This is the sort of thing that happens when one party has a monopoly of power. Since that one party enjoys a perpetual commanding majority on the town council they can muddle along with nothing to fear.

Looks as though the muni owners get a back peddle on fees; Darwin has agreed to a fee cut based upon what Leeson gave away; so the town has to pay back six - seven? - figures to Darwin.

7.4 mil into the town coffers? Unlikely. But Swanagers trust the Town Council, so no questions will be asked.

Them owners have been threatened with court actoin by Darwin if they don't agree and Darwin will have it legel costs covered by Swnagae Town Council so Darwin wins wins.

As I understand, cant be any successful court action without prior discussion between all parties concerned. Darwin will be laughed out of court.

Court? High Court?? That is expensive. It cost Kelly's Kitchen a lot when they lost.
