Noisy jet

So the jet's at it again today. I've spoken with MOD - they say not one of theirs. Bournemouth Airport are investigating, and will come back to me. Have also spoken to Civil Aviation Authority who will investigate and come back to me. I'll let you know what they say.

Amazing that no one knows whose plane it is. Let's hope it isn't an Al Qu'aeda attack. The good news is they may be able to tell us in a few days. Time to bring back little model aircraft on a large map perhaps.

Bournemouth Airport tell me that "Purbeck is outside their airspace" (!!) ... but that they believe it's something to do with the Royal Navy having an "emergency exercise"... Anyone out there involved with the Navy? I thought you had emergencies and you had exercises. What is an 'emergency exercise' and why does it involve going round in cricles over Purbeck all day? Counting sheep? Hope they don't nod off.

According to the police there is an aircraft carrier moored off Portland and the jets are on excercise.

What exactly is your problem with servicemen training? Get a life.

Unless you are deaf the problem is the appalling din these flying antiques make at a time of year when people are trying to be out of doors enjoying themselves. Whats it for? Are they training to take over another country from its inhabitants? Some people never learn.

I suspect if we are ever in danger you would want these flying antiques and the brave men who fly them to protect you, but to protect your delicate ears how dare they train.

12.26 says that these brave men fly these noisey machines to protect us. NO they fley and use them to enforce the political will of our polititions and the capital investments of the rich.

So you must put up with the noise and agro because they are doing their duty for the Queen and her country.

1025 lets hope you never need these people, what do you suggest we do if attacked wave the gaurdian at them? of course politians dictate policy but one thing is for sure I never voted for this lot that you acuse of these things.

So next time some religious ut decides to blow himself up our brave lads will swoop down from the sky and nuke him, or are they practising naplaming foot and mouth cows?

Wake up, the threats have changed leaving our forces set up to make a minor contribution to the war before last, or is some obscure country about to be found to be a terrible danger to the peace of the world, the supply of oil etc etc (the two being interchangeable)

This is another example of 'Not In My Back Yard'. I'd just like to say that there is an exclusion zone over Worth Matravers and we don't hear any jets for the sound of cider sipping slowly through a straw.
