Seafront franchises?

Is Swanage Town Council again to allow the hot dog/burger trailer to occupy the seafront area (once the wet weather shelter)? Is this put out to tender? Can anyone apply to run a business there?

I would imagine anyone has the right to tender for this or any spot. Ask at Town Hall. It may of course be a PDC or DCC controlled matter, but I'm sure someone at the Town Hall will tell you
