Vandalism at Peveril Point

There's been trouble recently at Peveril Point, with Coastwatch building attacked, public loo vandalised, bottles smashed etc, glass all over the place... If anyone sees (or knows) anything, please call the Police: 422004, or 999 of course, if urgent.

If people don't want to been seen drinking in public, they may indeed go to Peveril Point. Unfortunately, having drunk too much they are bound to vandalism and thus cause trouble at PP.

Your comment makes it sound inevitable that all people not wanting to be seen drinking in public will head to peveril point!

I would just like to point out to Namreh that Peveril Point is a public place and those of us who live out there would appreciate not having to pick up the empty Foster cans and broken bottles.

What I was trying to say was that some people don't like to be seen drinking in public. Others don't like seeing people drinking in public. So the first group may look for places where they can do their own things. Unfortunately Peveril Point is just that. Away from town and yet in easy reach. Of course I do in no way approve of any vandalism possibly caused by this drinking. And those of you who are fortunate enough to live out there: you may want to get camera's installed.
