It has been reported that the County Council's cabinet today unanimously decided to continue with the provision of the new Household Recycling Centre in Swanage.

Are you able to enlarge on this?

They unanimously voted to continue with this site- does this also mean (that they support it) or/and that the funding will be available to support the delivery of this site. Has the covenant on this land been lifted/overcome that may also prevent this project from coming into fruition ?
